Quality Control

At all stages of our industrial processes, permanent and relentless quality controls are second nature to us! We have more than 20 specialists dedicated to this activity in our quality control and assurance department.

 

Tests

At all levels and for all our products, we carry out numerous draconian tests. For example, all our laser cartridges are tested individually and all our inkjet cartridges are subjected to over 50 tests.

 

ARMOR Guarantee

There is a two-year guarantee on the optimal functioning and the perfect reliability of all Armor's product ranges.
However, we go even further to give you total peace of mind. If a product which has been proved to be faulty causes damage to your printer or you copier, we will pay for the repairs.

 

Certification

A department with a staff of sixty people is dreaming up the products of tomorrow and guaranteeing the quality of today's products. Among these are chemical engineers, measurement and analysis engineers, product developers, technical assistants, technological intelligence, manufacturing processes and quality control employees.
