What is an ARMOR Refill inkjet cartridge?

This is a cartridge with a built-in print head, whose remanufacturing process is controlled by Armor, European computer consumables leader, according to an industrial process and strict quality control procedures. This is a High Capacity cartridge.

The Armor production process is Quality-centric:
- Virgin cartridge, that is to say a cartridge that has undergone a single original operating cycle. This point is essential in order to guarantee the best quality control of electronic elements,
- Nozzle check,
- Individual test per cartridge,
- Transport block,
- Packaging.

  • CARTRIDGE SORTING
Armor has its own collection system. All empty cartridges are processed by an ISO 14000 certified specialist Sorting Centre. Only Virgin cartridges are kept. Inspection of electronic elements, nozzle verification, general condition.
  • CARTRIDGE CLEANING
Cleaning solution for unclogging all nozzles. Specific operating procedures adapted to each type of cartridge.
  • CARTRIDGE FILLING
Each cartridge has its own ink, for optimum quality. Filling, a very important step of the process. The operating procedure is specific to each cartridge and adapted to the various components of this latter (ink, housing, foam, etc.), and correct operation.

Quality Control

Quality is controlled throughout the process, at each production step. There is a transport block adapted to each cartridge to guarantee the best possible pre-use conditions. Each cartridge is tested individually prior to packaging. All Armor Inkjet cartridges are guaranteed for 2 years.
