ARMOR APX^®FH:new ARMOR premium wax/resin Thermal Transfer ribbon!

 

ARMOR, pioneer and leader in Thermal Transfer ribbon technology, launches a new premium, wax/resin ribbon named APX^®FH. This new grade will strengthen the existing flat head range, composed of AWR^®470 standard wax, AWX^®FH resin enhanced wax, APR^®6 wax/resin, the new APX^®FH premium wax/resin and AXR^®7+ and AXR^®8 super premium resin products. This coherent and progressive structure, along with the high performance of each product, establishes the ARMOR range as the most comprehensive of the market!

 Recognized for its innovation capabilities, ARMOR dedicates 3% of its turnover to research and development. Composed of more than 30 people, from chemistry engineers to process technicians, the R&D department shows once again its expertise with the launch of this new grade, only a couple of months after the introduction of the new AWX^®FH, resin enhanced wax ribbon.

 

APX^®FH is an ultra-versatile wax/resin ribbon that gives outstanding print quality and durability on a wide range of label materials. Compatible with all barcode flat head printers, it can print high resolution images, at a dense blackness, with an outstanding level of smudge and scratch resistance.

Targeting high-end applications, the new ribbon offers very high performance, close to some resin grades, while keeping the flexibility and high speed printing capability of a wax/resin product.

 Produced under ISO9001 standards, in one of the industry’s most organised and independently acclaimed factories, APX^®FH benefits from a strong Quality and Sustainable Development culture, ensuring that products are manufactured in ethical conditions with a minimum impact on the environment. Also, like other ribbons in the range, APX^®FH is a genuine ARMOR formulation, a guarantee of compliance to the major regulations concerning Thermal Transfer ribbons, including REACH and RoHS.
