Our responsibility :
To promote development by supporting social progress and solidarity and
by protecting the environment.
Theses principles are applied throughout the organization thanks to the Dec@plan program:
- Human development: Promotion of general skills (reading, writing…) for each individual through a project called “AGIL”.
- Health and safety: Constant adaptations of working stations to limit all diseases linked to repetitive actions at work.
- Social life: Regular animations on site, participation to sports event (20 teams at the La Baule Triathlon), regular trainings to operators on our activity, our customers, their expectations…
- Community integration: Regular press articles in local newspapers, collaboration with local authorities to secure access to the site (roundabouts, roads…).
- Employees transportation: Install means to avoid travels, develop common travels between workers, information on every travel impact on carbon foot print…
- Responsible purchasing: Audit of all suppliers packaging to reduce wastes, integration of sustainable development criteria in choice of suppliers…
- Eco design: Long term development for new raw materials, target to eliminate solvents in formulations…
- Monitoring energy consumption: Studies to collect rain water, optimisation of air pressure web, studies on alternative energies…
- Control of greenhouse gas: Implementation of a full carbon footprint, promotion of it to national exhibitions in collaboration with ADEME…
- Wastes management: Implementation of recycling channels for all wastes, give value to wastes…
