Knowing how to be different

Inventors of new creations, which are seemingly alike, do their utmost to increase the number of differences. Our understanding of the world depends on us being able to accurately interpret such differences. For a piece of writing to be fully perceived and understood, we make sure that the printed document is a faithful reproduction of the initial digital message.
This is the force our group has acquired through its complete command of ink chemistry and transfer, as can be seen in our ribbons for Thermal Transfer technology, ribbons for matrix printers, or ink cartridges for Laser and Inkjet technologies.

The chemistry of inks: the secret behind our know-how

Ink is a noble material. We have been learning to understand and harness all its resources since more than 80 years.

Ink transfer: the key to performance

Ink must be transferred to print a character or picture: it is coated onto a suitable substrate (polythene or polyester film) for Thermal Transfer ribbons, or injected in the form of powder or liquid into cartridge in Toner and Inkjet technology. This is the key stage guaranteeing the best possible print quality.

Plastic part design and injection: a guarantee of total quality

To perfect its process, Armor and Artech have jointly developed the design and manufacture of containers. Guaranteed print quality depends on the ink/cartridge combination.
