ARMOR joins the World Alliance for efficient solutions

With the World Alliance for Efficient Solutions, Armor shares the desire to offer effective solutions to tackle climate change. Established by the Solar Impulse Foundation during the UN Climate Change Conference held in Bonn in November 2017, this alliance brings together operators in the field of clean technologies.

ARMOR's membership is the latest manifestation of its multiple initiatives in support of socially responsible innovation. Among these initiatives, the production of the ASCA© flexible and 100% recyclable photovoltaic film represents a promising innovation. It is produced from a low carbon and environmentally friendly manufacturing process.
 
The World Alliance for Efficient Solutions, an initiative promoted by Bertrand Piccard to protect the planet
After the success of the first flight by solar plane, the Solar Impulse Foundation founded by Bertrand Piccard has now launched the second phase of its initiative by establishing an alliance to protect the planet, the World Alliance for Efficient Solutions. In this context, the aviator has issued a major call for projects to find 1,000 efficient solutions to protect the environment in a profitable manner. Among the members of the alliance are innovators, investors, prospective users, public institutions and large groups committed to a sustainable future. Its members are working together to create synergies, to share their knowledge and to establish links which, in due course, will accelerate the implementation of clean and profitable solutions capable of meeting our current environmental challenges.
