  • Training at ARMOR University
    By establishing its internal university in 2011, ARMOR's objective is to both recognise employees' existing skills and prepare them for the workplace of tomorrow. The first priority was production training (200 employees have received training to date). New courses are also available in the areas of logistics and man management.
  • Including diversity within our teams
    Committed for a long time to promote diversity, ARMOR is involved in various associations (Fondation Agir Contre l’Exclusion, Entreprises pour la Cité, Association pour le Droit à l’initiative Economique). The company agreement on diversity and equal opportunities negotiated for the period 2018-2020 allows us to take many actions in favor of the social inclusion of disabled people, the intergenerational balance or even the professional gender equality between men and women. Thus, the 2019 gender equality French index was measured at 77%.
  • Improving working conditions
    Accustomed to working in the area of risk prevention, ARMOR has developed numerous initiatives to promote health & safety at work: BeCom training in well-being and communication, the Safecom safety dialogue process, original courses on sleep management (special HR award in 2013 from Michael Page / ANDRH). In 2013, the European Agency for Health and Safety at Work (EU-OSHA) publicly recognised ARMOR for its integration of health & safety within its corporate strategy.
  • Relaxation through sport
    Founded in 2008, the ARMOR Sports Association has continued to expand and now organises 6 sports: tennis, indoor soccer (France and USA), badminton, table tennis, handball and basketball (France and China), running. In total around 100 employees play a sport via the association. ARMOR also takes part in inter-company competitions such as the Special Olympics race organised each year since 2009 (the record number of participants from ARMOR was in 2014 with 20 attendees).
  • Contributing to family life
    ARMOR opened a company creche at the end of August 2015. It is located close to our site in La Chevrolière and is open to all of the company's employees. Located on a plot of 1,700m2, it includes the children's care rooms, a yard with games, a grassed area and a car park. Initially it is able to receive 30 children (at least 18 for ARMOR employees).
  • Promoting access to the world of work
    Committed over many years to inter-generational cooperation, ARMOR regularly welcomes students and trainees in all the departments of the company: R&D, Continuous Improvement, Logistics, IT and support departments.
