Since 2011, ARMOR GROUP has been offering diploma courses at its in-house university to enhance the value of production professions in a constantly changing industrial context.
Located on the La Chevrolière site, ARMOR GROUP University continues to enrich its courses in order to train men and women for the industrial professions of tomorrow.
This training course is designed for local managers, to help them develop their managerial skills and obtain a recognized certification (Bac+2 level) to steer, on a day-to-day basis, the activities of their perimeter within the framework of the defined schedule and QHSSE rules, while leading their team directly.
Prerequisites:
This course is aimed at candidates wishing to obtain a recognized certification (Bac level) for a position in industrial equipment operation in compliance with safety, manufacturing, quality and environmental protection regulations.
Convinced that motivation is the gateway to skills acquisition, ARMOR GROUP has chosen a CV-free recruitment method, with exercises and an interview, to join the course.
During the course, promotions of just a dozen people are favored to facilitate support and learning.
The aim is to integrate them into permanent positions at the end of their training.
