IMP'ACT 2030 : the manifesto

December 15, 2025

Committing to doing better means being fully aware of our current limitations and not sweeping them under the rug to make a good impression.

Yes, even today, our coated PET films are made from plastic, even though fossil resources are becoming increasingly depleted. Yes, some of the printer cartridges we collect cannot be remanufactured, sometimes because the collected consumables are too badly damaged. Yes, our Group sources aluminum and copper, even though these raw materials require large amounts of energy and aggressive extraction and refining techniques to produce. Yes, our profitability model is still highly dependent on economic growth.

And yet, without hesitation, ARMOR GROUP considers itself a committed company. Paradoxical? At first glance, perhaps.

At ARMOR GROUP, we firmly believe that industry offers a tremendous opportunity to make a positive social, environmental, and economic contribution!

We have therefore chosen to be a company that, while imperfect, is committed to transformation by investing in technological innovation and promoting more responsible use of raw materials. Our ambition is to make a sustainable contribution that respects planetary boundaries and is in line with the Earth's capacity for regeneration, with the goal of social progress for all.

Sustainable contribution for all of our 2,450 employees through long-term jobs and solid career support.

Sustainable contribution for the communities in all of our operating regions, where we contribute to creating social and economic value on a daily basis.

Sustainable contribution for society at large by producing essential components, mindful of the interests of present and future generations.

We are proud of what we have already achieved! Our PET films, which are just a few microns thick, are now the thinnest films of any consumables dedicated to thermal transfer. 100% of our cartridges collected that cannot be remanufactured are recycled into secondary raw materials. Our coated current collectors improve battery performance and life. And since 2022, through the Armor Group Open Industry program, we have been investing in industrial start-ups that contribute to making the world more sustainable.

So, together, let's have a positive impact!
