Launched in 2025, IMP’ACT 2030—ARMOR GROUP’s strategic commitment—details its initial progress in its corporate report.
**IMP’ACT 2030: 5 Years to Become a Contributing Company
**
A century-old company and a pioneer in environmental and social commitment, ARMOR GROUP launched its new strategic commitment in 2025: IMP’ACT 2030. Centered around three key priorities, it takes shape through the implementation of an ambitious action plan that encompasses all of ARMOR GROUP’s business units and cross-functional departments, mobilizing the Group’s 2,450 employees.
“What sets IMP’ACT 2030 apart is its coherent integration, within a single program, of economic profitability and sustainable development issues. We firmly believe that industry offers a tremendous opportunity to make a positive social, environmental, and economic contribution!” said Hubert de Boisredon, Chairman and CEO of ARMOR GROUP.
Coordinate, Measure, and Report
To coordinate and measure progress over the five-year IMP’ACT 2030 initiative, several bodies have been established. A strategic committee has been formed, composed of the leaders of each of the operational committees as well as the ARMOR GROUP Executive Committee. It meets twice a year to monitor the action plan and ESG performance. In parallel, there are about ten operational committees that meet three times a year. Their role is to implement the IMP’ACT 2030 action plan as it relates to their specific areas of responsibility and challenges, and to measure its performance over the next five years.
Finally, ARMOR GROUP has adopted a proactive approach to transparency by publishing a corporate report accessible to everyone, allowing readers to track the progress of the IMP’ACT 2030 program. This document begins by presenting the Group and its reporting scope to provide a comprehensive overview and facilitate understanding of its activities and challenges. It then devotes significant space to governance and the three strategic pillars of IMP’ACT 2030, detailing for each one the ambitions pursued and the fundamentals to be maintained, the monitoring indicators, the targets set, and the results achieved in 2025. The entire report is illustrated by notable achievements that marked the past year.
“Transparency is one of the prerequisites for ARMOR GROUP’s strategic commitment—both toward our employees, who are the primary drivers of this effort, and toward our stakeholders: customers, suppliers, financial partners, and local community members… Beyond simply reporting on our actions, progress, and challenges, we want to use this as a real lever to engage our entire ecosystem in ARMOR GROUP’s transformation into a socially responsible company!” says Annabelle Guillet, Director of CSR at ARMOR GROUP.
