For the right to a quality relationship
This start to the new season is both hectic and exciting: our strategic initiative, IMP’ACT 2030, is taking shape step by step. The arrival of Christophe André as head of our subsidiary ARMOR-IIMAK, along with new hires at our La Chevrolière manufacturing facility, marks a new phase for our core business. And then, a few weeks ago, at the Rassemblement des Entrepreneurs de France (REF), I had the opportunity to participate in a discussion with Julia de Funès, Serge Papin, Jérôme Permingeant, and Sandrine Rousseau. We discussed the “right to laziness.” Isn't that ironic in the month of September?
I prefer the “right to quality relationships” to the “right to laziness,” as both are driven by a desire to recharge. Taking the time for a break with a colleague, taking the time for a one-on-one conversation with your manager, taking the time to ask someone how they’re really doing. I’m convinced that all these acts of mutual consideration contribute to well-being at work and a close-knit team. So, as we get caught up in the start of the new school year, will we still dare to prioritize connecting with others and building our projects together? Personally, without hesitation, it’s a huge yes !
Hubert de Boisredon, Chairman and CEO of ARMOR GROUP.
